Dorcas ministry is ‘hands helping hands’. Our ministry consists of women helping families who have just undergone surgery, had a baby, or have any kind of need whereby they need meals brought in. We also assist with light housework or grocery shopping while the family is recovering. We have a wonderful group of ladies who are willing to cook meals and assist where needed. If you are interested in becoming a part of this vital ministry or in need of its services please contact the church office.

Our mission is to be God’s hand extended to those who are in need of meals and simple home tasks for those who are physically disabled temporarily and to offer assistance for the elderly.

ATTENTION ALL LADIES!

This ladies’ ministry is God’s hand extended to help those of our congregation who have need of meals for a season or help with housework, grocery shopping or the like while either recuperating from illness or surgery.

 
We need ladies who are willing to be on call (sometimes on short notice) to prepare casseroles or meals  or who would be willing to go out with two or three women to help with some light housework & cleaning when the need arises.  If you would like to volunteer to help,  your name would be placed on an “on call” list to be contacted when a need arises.
