First Assembly welcomes ELAINA ROGERS to the staff as Children’s Pastor/ Christian Education Director beginning September 10. Elaina is no stranger to First Assembly. After having grown up in the church and graduating from FACA, she went on to study at QCC, Mt. Wachusett CC and Valley Forge Christian College, graduating with a BA in Bible: major in Children’s Ministry and minor in music. She has worked full time in Children’s Ministry at Christian Life Center in Bensalem, PA and moving back to New England, she worked at Master’s Christian Academy in Gardner and Northwest Child Development Center in Leominster.

Elaina’s enthusiasm and call to minister to children is clearly evidenced by the “Visions of Possibility for the Children’s Ministry of First Assembly” which she formulated after reviewing our current C. E. program. We know the building of this vital ministry will be on the solid foundation already laid. We expect our current volunteers as well as many others will catch the vision for this rewarding area of ministry. The children must be reached for Jesus!
